A full-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) position is available in a school setting located in Oswego, IL. This contract role offers the chance to work with a dynamic team providing speech-language services to pediatric students, with a focus on both in-person and teletherapy modalities. Key Qualifications and Experience: Certified Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) with a Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred. Experience working in pediatric healthcare and school settings. Familiarity with teletherapy as a mode of service delivery. Completion or active pursuit of Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) is welcome. Strong communication and interdisciplinary collaboration skills are essential. Ability to support speech-language pathology assistants (SLPA) and collaborate effectively. Responsibilities: Provide speech-language therapy to students in a school environment, utilizing evidence-based practices. Develop and implement individualized educational plans (IEPs) tailored to student needs. Conduct assessments and maintain detailed documentation. Collaborate with educators, parents, and other professionals to support student progress. Participate in teletherapy sessions as needed to enhance service delivery. Receive support from certified clinical fellow and speech-language pathology assistants provided by the organization.
