Description A mission-driven human services organization is seeking a full-time, permanent Clinical Coordinator to support a supportive housing program serving individuals working toward long-term housing stability. This is a full-time, permanent opportunity and an excellent next step for clinicians interested in developing supervisory and leadership experience.The Clinical Coordinator will provide clinical oversight and supervision to frontline staff while ensuring high-quality, person-centered services aligned with trauma-informed and strengths-based practices.Key Responsibilities Supervise and support a team of Case Managers and Consumer Advocates Provide regular individual and group supervision to direct reports Guide staff in implementing effective case management strategies using motivational interviewing and trauma-informed care principles Oversee development, implementation, and quality of individualized service plans Participate in client intake and assessment processes Provide clinical leadership, consultation, and crisis support as needed Support program compliance, documentation standards, and incident management proceduresThis position is ideal for clinicians seeking a first supervisory role within supportive housing or community-based services.Salary range is $64,000-$68,000.Position Requirements MSW required; LMSW strongly preferred (or willingness to obtain within 6 months of hire) Experience working with vulnerable or high-needs populations required Prior administrative or supervisory experience preferred Experience with crisis intervention, risk assessment, and incident response strongly preferredThis position is currently accepting applications.
