What You'll Do • Supervise ABA programs in 1:1 and group settings.• Develop and monitor treatment plans, skill acquisition, and behavior reduction goals.• Support and guide direct staff and Program Supervisors.• Track progress and prepare reports for parents/caregivers.• Ensure compliance with HIPAA and ethical ABA standards.• Engage in ongoing professional development and training. What We're Looking For • Active BCBA certification.• Master's degree in Behavior Analysis, Education, Special Education, or related field.• Bilingual skills preferred (not required).• Reliable transportation for regional travel.
