Requirements: 1. Licensed in the state for which you applying as a LMFT, LMHC, LCSW or Clinical Psychologist (WA). Will consider someone outside Seattle. 2. Experience in providing family therapy with adolescents and parents, preferably in a residential treatment setting. 3. Minimum of a Masters Degree from an accredited graduate school in marriage family therapy, counseling, sociology, or psychology. 4. Willingness to be trained, supervised and provide services within the framework of Attachment-Based Therapy. 5. Trained and experience with trauma-informed treatment, preferred. About the job: * Must be available to work Tuesday through Saturday every other week. * Carry a caseload of families designated as the point of contact for the family. * Facilitate individual family and group therapies within the framework of the clinical model and Attachment-Based Family Therapy model. * Facilitate new Parent Orientations * Facilitate the Saturday Family Program, requiring a weekly or bi-monthly Tuesday-Saturday work schedule. * Coordinate Clinical Director program scheduling and coordinating services for the clinical program. * Meet with prospective family members to discuss the clinical family program. * Responsible for the timely completion of clinical documentation * Attend weekly treatment team meetings, staff meetings, and clinical supervision.
