Job specificationCandidate requirementsJob specification Provide strategic leadership and direction for Emergency Services, ensuring alignment with organizational goals. Oversee the day-to-day operations, ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations, hospital policies, and best practices in emergency care. Develop and implement quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction. Ensure evidence-based practices are utilized and maintain high standards of care. Manage the department's budget, optimizing resource utilization without compromising care quality. Oversee procurement and maintenance of equipment necessary for emergency care. Candidate requirements Minimum of 5 years of clinical experience in Emergency Services. At least 3 years of progressive leadership/management experience. Familiarity with regulatory standards and compliance for emergencies. Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN) required, Master's Degree in Nursing, Healthcare Administration, or related field preferred.
