Board Certified Behavior Analyst

Job DescriptionWe are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join a growing team focused on delivering high-quality, individualized autism support services. This role follows a holistic, collaborative approach , working closely with therapists, families, and the community to help individuals with autism thrive in an inclusive and supportive environment.The BCBA will be responsible for designing, implementing, and overseeing evidence-based behavior intervention programs while ensuring ethical and professional standards are upheld.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop, implement, and monitor Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and skill assessmentsProvide direct and indirect clinical support to clientsSupervise and mentor Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs)Collaborate with families, caregivers, and interdisciplinary teamsProvide parent training and education to support treatment continuityTrack client progress and adjust treatment goals as neededMaintain compliance with ethical, professional, and organizational standardsQualificationsBoard Certified Behavior Analyst ( BCBA ) certificationMaster's degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or a related fieldStrong knowledge of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principlesExperience in behavior management and intervention planningExperience providing parent education and supportExcellent communication and collaboration skillsCommitment to ethical and professional best practicesPrevious experience working with individuals with autism preferred.
