160313 Assignment for up to 32 weeks. Distance is measured by a straight line not driving distance Pharmacist needed for CVMC. Monday through Friday shifts are 0630-1500 1000-1830 or Noon-2000. Must have 5 years of experience. Prior travel is not required. Requirements: Sterile Compounding Competency (finger tip and broth test) along with math test Staff Pharmacist competencies to include medication reconciliation order verification management of vancomycin dosing and labs and renal dosing.
