Program Manager Clinical - Pharmacy, Principal

Your Role The Clinical Pharmacy Programs team is responsible for development, implementation, coordination, and assessment of pharmacy programs addressing medication therapy issues of Blue Shield of California members to improve quality and cost-effectiveness. The Pharmacist Clinical Program Manager (CPM), Provider Partnerships will report to the Pharmacist Senior Manager, Provider Partnerships. In this role you will work with other Pharmacist CPMs within Pharmacy Services and others on the corporate Provider Partnership team to achieve shared goals and objectives. You will provide clinical pharmacy support to and manage relationships with Blue Shield of California provider partners in Accountable Care Organizations (ACO) and in the regional delivery network related to medication management programs and other clinical quality improvement initiatives to achieve shared goals.
