Assistant Director of Nursing

RAM Recruiting - Lake Pointe Rehabilitation and Nursing Center, part of AOM Healthcare, is seeking an Assistant Director of Nursing to support and partner with the Director of Nursing in leading clinical operations within the facility. This is a hands-on leadership role inside the building. The ADON will help drive regulatory compliance, oversee nursing staff, and ensure daily clinical systems are running effectively. Ideal for a strong RN leader ready to grow within a structured operation.
