Loyola University Chicago Stritch School of Medicine is seeking a Board Certified, MSK Fellowship -Trained faculty member to join the Department of Radiology and Medical Imaging with primary location at Loyola University Medical Center (LUMC) located in Maywood, Illinois, approximately 12 miles from downtown Chicago. Job Description:The candidate will join a growing Radiology Department of over 50 subspecialized radiologists supporting clinical services across Loyola University Medical Center, Gottlieb Memorial Hospital, MacNeal Hospital, and associated ambulatory care centers.Candidates must be Board Certified in Radiology and fellowship-trained in Musculoskeletal Radiology (MSK)Exhibit strong clinical skills to work effectively and efficiently across the full spectrum of imaging modalities/procedures relevant to MSK imaging. This is an on-site position with participation in interventional procedures including MRI, CT, joint injection/aspiration, bone marrow sampling, and soft tissue/bone biopsyPractice setting is hospital-based8000-9000 RVU expectation5-90% plain film, 10-15% CT/MR2 Types of Call: Weekday 4pm-11pm call from home (only with no day shifts on those days) about on average once a week. Also, weekend call about 7 calls per year.Intermittent evening shift and weekend call duties are fulfilled remotely from home with fully functional PACS/Voice recognition systems. In addition to clinical work, strong interest in clinical and formal resident education is essential.
