Loyola University Medical Center and Gottlieb Memorial Hospital are looking for a locum GI provider to start as soon as credentialed.Schedule: M-F 7a - 5:30pm, 24 hour call on the weekends. 1 FTE, will accept multiple providers to fill position, if needed.Both sites are 5 miles apartEMR: EPICNumber of Office/Clinic Patients Per Locum Per Day: 20Number of Hospital Based Patients Per Locum Per Day: 12Physicians in Your Group? 13Number of Patients Per Day: 15Adults onlyLevel I Trauma CenterRequired Procedures: Esophageal Dilatation/Manometry, Esophageal Manometry Interpretation, Small Bowel Biopsy, Lower GI Endoscopy, Sigmoidoscopy, Colonoscopy, Insertion/Management of Sengstaken/Blakemore Tube, Capsule Deployment, Bravo, PH impedance, Breath test Interpretation, Esophogeal and Anorectal Manometry Interpretation and Endoflip.Estimated 3 month credentialing timeframeAdditional clinical responsibilities and opportunities will be performing GI procedures in the hospital campuses GI Labs. Opportunity for outpatient clinics to also be held on hospital campus or in neighboring suburbs of Burr Ridge, Oak Brook Terrace, and Tinley Park. This posting specifically looking for a provider to interpret manometry studies, as well as diagnostic testing interpretation and deployment when appropriate (e.g. endoscopic manometry placement, capsule deployment, etc.)Trinity Health does not reimburse for application fees or credentialing costs.
