Travel Respiratory Therapist - Registered RT/RRT

American Traveler is seeking a Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) with NICU experience for a night shift travel assignment in a large inpatient respiratory therapy unit in Englewood, Colorado.Job Details• Work in a 408-bed hospital on the 4th floor Respiratory Therapy unit,• Night shift hours: 5:30 PM - 6:00 AM,• Patient ratio of 10:1,• Equipment includes Hamilton, Servo, and GE ventilators,• EMR: Meditech,• Breathing treatments are among the typical procedures performed,• 13-week contract,Job Requirements• Active RRT license and certification required (license required if applicable),• Minimum 2 years of clinical experience as an RRT,• NICU experience required,• NRP (American Academy of Pediatrics, Advanced 9th Edition) required - must be current and active, not pending,• ACLS certification required (AHA or ARC accepted; must not expire within the first 30 days of the assignment start),• BLS certification required (AHA or ARC accepted),• US SSN and DOB required for consideration - no Canadian SSNs accepted,• No gaps in work history of 90 days or more within the past 12 months,• Candidates must reside more than 50 miles from the facility to be eligible - no local candidates accepted,Additional Information• Day shift is staffed with one charge RT, one manager, and 8-10 clinical RTs; night shift is staffed with one charge RT and 8-10 clinical RTs,• One professional reference is required for consideration
