Performs, coordinates and monitors neuroscience testing to inpatient and outpatient populations. Maintains standards of the American Association of Electrodiagnostic Medicine (AAEM)Interview each patient for medical history pertinent to Electrodiagnostic testing.Assess each patient utilize care principles in accordance of growth and development and age specific needs.Prepare and adjust equipment prior to diagnostic testing appropriate for each patient.Implements diagnostic tests and or procedures according to physician orders.Communicates to ordering physician completion of diagnostic testing and technician impression for final report.Requirement description : High school diploma or equivalent - REQUIRED1 year of Neurodiagnostic experience including NICU EEG - REQUIREDSuccessful completion of training in performing EEG procedures under the supervision of a qualified technician- REQUIRED
