Ivy Hill Post Acute Nursing and Rehabilitation - Job Title: Director of Nursing (DON)Location: Philadelphia, Pennsylvania Position SummaryWe are seeking a dynamic and experienced Director of Nursing (DON) to lead the clinical operations of our skilled nursing facility in Philadelphia. The Director of Nursing is responsible for overseeing all nursing services, ensuring the delivery of high-quality resident care, maintaining regulatory compliance, and leading a strong nursing team. The ideal candidate is a hands-on clinical leader with strong knowledge of long-term care regulations, survey readiness, staffing management, and quality improvement initiatives. Key Responsibilities Provide leadership and oversight of all nursing services within the facility Ensure compliance with Pennsylvania Department of Health (DOH) regulations and CMS standards Maintain survey readiness and lead the facility through state and federal surveys Oversee staffing, scheduling, and recruitment of nursing personnel including RNs, LPNs, and CNAs Monitor and improve clinical quality measures, infection control, and resident outcomes Lead and participate in Quality Assurance and Performance Improvement (QAPI) programs Collaborate with the Administrator, Medical Director, and interdisciplinary team to ensure excellent resident care Provide mentorship and support to nurse managers and unit leaders Oversee clinical documentation, care planning, and regulatory reporting requirements Foster a positive and professional nursing culture focused on accountability and teamwork Qualifications Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Pennsylvania required Minimum of 2 years in leadership experience in a skilled nursing facility Prior Director of Nursing or Assistant Director of Nursing experience (REQUIRED) Strong knowledge of PA DOH regulations, CMS requirements, and long-term care operations Proven ability to lead nursing teams, manage staffing, and maintain regulatory compliance Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills What We Offer Competitive salary Bonus opportunities Comprehensive benefits package (health, dental, vision) Paid time off Supportive leadership team Opportunity to lead a dedicated clinical team focused on exceptional resident care   #IND123
