A specialty pharmacy is seeking TWO experienced Specialty Pharmacists with a deep understanding of rare and orphan drugs. Responsibilities: Dispense rare and orphan drugs accurately and efficiently. Collaborate closely with healthcare providers to facilitate drug approvals. Support patients through high-touch communication, addressing concerns and assisting with cost management programs, including grants and rebates. Manage clinical aspects of specialty medication usage to ensure optimal patient outcomes. Maintain compliance with pharmacy regulations and specialty protocols. Qualifications: Proven experience working in a designated specialty pharmacy setting (retail experience alone is not sufficient). Strong clinical knowledge of rare and orphan drug therapies.
