The ideal candidate is a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) or Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant (COTA) with proven leadership ability and a passion for delivering exceptional, patient-centered care.As the Director of Rehab, you will oversee the daily operations of our in-house rehabilitation department, support therapy staff, and ensure the delivery of high-quality clinical outcomes for our residents.
