Position Title: Home Based TherapistOrganization: Lutheran Child and Family Services of IN/KY Status: Full-Time Location: 1525 N Ritter Ave, Indianapolis, IN 46219 About Lutheran Child and Family Services Lutheran Child and Family Services of Indiana/Kentucky, Inc. (LCFS) is a nonprofit social service organization founded in 1883. Position Overview The Home Based Therapist provides community-based mental health services to individuals and families experiencing emotional or behavioral challenges. Services are delivered in homes, schools, and other community settings to help clients build stability and improve family functioning. Home Based Therapists primarily serve families on the East side of Marion County, Hamilton County, Hancock County, and Shelby County. What Success Looks Like in This Role Within your first 90 days, you will: Conduct bio-psychosocial assessments Develop treatment plans for clients and families Provide individual and family therapy Connect clients with community resources Maintain accurate clinical documentation Collaborate with the clinical team to support client progress Core Responsibilities Clinical Services  Conduct assessments and develop treatment plans  Provide individual and family therapy in community settings  Provide crisis intervention when neededCare Coordination Work with treatment teams and community partners  Connect clients with community resources and services  Support discharge planning and long-term stabilityDocumentation & Compliance   Maintain accurate clinical documentation  Follow Behavioral Health Services policies and procedures  Protect client confidentiality Minimum Qualifications Master’s degree in a mental health-related field  Valid Indiana clinical license (LCSW, LMHC, or LMFT) Minimum two years of mental health treatment experience Valid Indiana Driver’s License and reliable transportation Working With Us Health, dental, vision, and retirement benefits  Mileage reimbursement for travel to client locations Supportive and collaborative clinical team Mission-driven nonprofit environmentManageable caseload expectations with support from the clinical leadership team
