Provide assistance with mobility, transfers, and positioning to ensure residents' safety and comfort. Administer medications and assist with medication management under the supervision of licensed nursing staff. Monitor residents' health and well-being, reporting any changes or concerns to the appropriate personnel. Engage residents in meaningful activities and social interactions to promote socialization and mental stimulation. Maintain a clean and organized living environment for residents, including resident rooms, common areas, and dining areas. Provide emotional support and companionship to residents, fostering a caring and supportive atmosphere. Caregiver Requirements: Experience as caregiver or support staff is a plus. Bilingual preferred Prior involvement in caregiving or support roles, ideally within environments such as homeless shelters or comparable settings. Demonstrated strong interpersonal and communication abilities, coupled with a compassionate and non-judgmental demeanor. Compassionate and empathetic attitude towards individuals from diverse backgrounds, including the homeless population. Capacity to effectively collaborate within a team dynamic and navigate challenging scenarios with sensitivity and tact.
