Job DescriptionPharmacy ManagerOur client in Binghamton, WV, has an immediate opening for a Pharmacy Manager on a direct-hire basis.Company Profile:Established Grocery RetailerTeam atmosphere and environmentPassion for serving customersA company with strong core values and growing rapidly!Pharmacy Manager Role:The Pharmacy Manager will lead daily pharmacy operations, ensure regulatory compliance, and deliver exceptional patient care. The ideal candidate will bring strong leadership abilities, a thorough understanding of pharmacy operations, and a passion for developing a high-performing team.Maintain a collaborative working relationship with store and district leadership while promoting associate engagement.Ensure all prescriptions are accurate, compliant, and processed according to state and federal pharmacy regulations, including Drug Utilization Review and Final Quality Assurance.Manage department operations to achieve profitability and drive prescription growth through clinical services such as immunizations and Medication Therapy Management (MTM).Monitor and control pharmacy inventory, including ordering pharmaceutical stock to meet customer and business needs.Align team performance with department metrics focused on efficiency, quality, service, and cost control.Provide exceptional customer service, offering counseling and assistance for medical-related inquiries.Supervise, train, coach, and evaluate pharmacy associates and support staff.Handle customer concerns professionally to maintain trust and satisfaction.Collaborate with healthcare providers to ensure appropriate patient care and resolve prescription issues.Oversee compliance with security standards and maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.Support staff development through continuous training and performance improvement initiatives.Prioritize daily tasks such as inventory counts, cycle counts, and customer outreach to ensure timely completion.Directly supervises pharmacists, pharmacy technicians, and other support staff.
