Assistant Director of Nursing

RAM Recruiting - Aristos Rehabilitation & Nursing Center is seeking an Assistant Director of Nursing to support clinical leadership within a skilled nursing facility in the Cleveland area. This is a hands-on leadership role inside the building. The ADON will work closely with the Director of Nursing to oversee nursing operations, maintain regulatory compliance, and support the nursing team to ensure strong clinical outcomes. Key Responsibilities• Support the Director of Nursing in overseeing daily nursing operations• Maintain survey readiness and regulatory compliance• Supervise Unit Managers and nursing staff• Assist with staffing, scheduling, and labor oversight• Monitor clinical documentation and care plan compliance• Support Quality Measures and rehospitalization reduction efforts• Step in for the DON when needed Qualifications• Active Ohio RN license required• Prior Skilled Nursing Facility experience required• ADON or nursing leadership experience preferred• Strong knowledge of regulatory and survey requirements• Strong leadership and organizational skills What’s Being Offered• Competitive compensation aligned with experience• Strong leadership support• Stable organization• Opportunity for growth within the company IND456
