Director of Nursing & Wellness - Assisted Living

Due to an internal promotion Silver Birch of Muncie is seeking a Director of Nursing & Wellness to guide our clinical team and champion exceptional resident care. In this role, you'll lead and inspire a clinical team, oversee wellness programs, and ensure compliance with state regulations. You'll have the opportunity to shape the daily experience of our residents, support families, and create a culture where care, compassion, and excellence thrive. What We're Looking For: * Indiana nursing license with 3+ years of experience leading a clinical team * Valid CPR, TB, and First Aid certifications * Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills * Ability to inspire teams and manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment * Flexible schedule (evenings/weekends as needed) * Valid driver's license & reliable transportation Why Join Silver Birch?
