Known for strong employee retention, deep client relationships, and a robust internal promotion culture, the company maintains an exceptional project-staffing structure and provides long-term growth opportunities for field leaders.Job DescriptionOversee field operations across multiple project sites in Raleigh, Durham, and Rocky Mount.Lead construction activities on:Large hospital bed tower (~$140M, ground-up)Healthcare renovations and specialty projects for major medical institutionsManage daily site coordination, safety, subcontractor performance, and inspections.Maintain strict quality standards and ensure milestone targets are consistently met.Serve as the senior field point of contact for owners, architects, engineers, and trade partners.Support and mentor Assistant Superintendents, Field Coordinators, and site teams.Facilitate communication between the field and project management teams for seamless execution.Enforce all safety guidelines, site logistics plans, and quality control measures.
