Radiologic Technologist Apprentice

GENERAL SUMMARY: Under the direction of a Radiologist and/or Registered Radiologic Technologist, assists in the performance of routine diagnostic radiologic examinations. Performs related functions according to department protocols. Must complete HFH Radiographer Technologist Apprenticeship Program recognized by the Department of Labor (DOL), successfully pass all testing and/or registry/certification exams (ARRT) and complete all HFH Radiographer Technologist Apprenticeship Program competencies within the timeframe designated in the HFH Radiographer Technologist Apprenticeship Program. EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE: High School Diploma or G.E.D. equivalent required. Must complete HFH Radiographer Technologist Apprenticeship Program recognized by the Department of Labor (DOL), successfully pass all testing and/or registry/certification exams (ARRT) and complete all HFH Radiographer Technologist Apprenticeship Program competencies within the timeframe designated in the HFH Radiographer Technologist Apprenticeship Program. Healthcare Provider certification required (BCLS).
