American Traveler is hiring a Radiology/Cardiology EP Technologist with ARRT(R) certification and EP lab experience for a 13-week travel assignment in Columbus, OH.Job Details• Fast-paced electrophysiology lab with 4 procedural rooms averaging 20 cases per day,• Rad techs scrub approximately 80% of cases,• Procedures include non-invasive and invasive EP procedures performed in support of the Electrophysiologist,• 4x10 hour day shifts, 7:00 AM - 5:30 PM; no weekends,• Every other holiday required,• Call: 2 weeknight calls per pay period (1730-1930) and weekend call 0800-1200 for up to 4 weekends per assignment,Job Requirements• Minimum 1 year of experience as an intraprocedural radiologic technologist,• Graduate of an accredited radiography program,• Current ARRT(R) certification required,• Ohio Radiologic License required if applicable,• Current BLS and ACLS certifications required,• Knowledge of anatomy, exposure, positioning, physics, radiation protection, and medical terminology,• Competency as an assistant to the Electrophysiologist for non-invasive and invasive EP procedures,• Knowledge of X-ray equipment, arrhythmia monitoring, cardiac anatomy, and sterile technique,Additional Information• Assist the Electrophysiologist during EP procedures, including arrhythmia monitoring and sterile scrubbing,• Must reside more than 50 miles from the central facility location to qualify for the travel pay rate
