An opportunity is available for an experienced IV/Chemo Pharmacy Technician to support an outpatient oncology infusion center specializing in chemotherapy and hematology treatments. This 13-week contract position is based in Canton, GA and requires a skilled technician with oncology infusion experience and IV certification. Responsibilities: Prepare and administer chemotherapy treatments and supportive medications in an infusion center setting Access implanted ports and start IVs as needed to facilitate treatment Ensure accurate dispensing and handling of hazardous drugs following safety protocols Collaborate with pharmacists and healthcare team members to deliver quality patient care Maintain documentation and compliance according to regulatory standards Qualifications: Minimum 2 years' experience in oncology or infusion pharmacy setting Current Georgia Pharmacy Technician License required IV certification with demonstrated proficiency in implanted port access and IV starts Knowledge of chemotherapy preparation and administration in outpatient oncology Strong attention to detail and adherence to safety procedures Location & Schedule: Canton, GA outpatient infusion center Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM This role is open to candidates willing to relocate or travel, as local applicants within 50 miles will not be considered.
