CBRE GWS deliversconsistent, measurably superior outcomes for our clients at every stage of thelifecycle, and across industries and geographies. **About the Role:** As a CBRE Health, Safety and Environment Analyst, you willassist in the management of Environmental, Health, and Safety programs relativeto a small to medium-sized market area. This job is part of the Environment Health and Safetyfunction. They are responsible for organizational programs and procedures tosafeguard employees and surrounding communities. This is a fully onsite role Monday-Friday in King of Prussia,PA. **What You'll Do:** Assist in managing HSE programs and initiatives to meetregulatory requirements and needs of client accounts. Gather data to support on performance, compliance,concerns, and improvement to account management and market area. Support the process for monitoring injury, illness, andincident-related performance within the assigned account and market area. Assist in executing HSE plans, playbooks, and proceduresfor the assigned account or market area. Have some knowledge of standard principles with limitedpractical experience in applying them. Lead by example and model behaviors that are consistentwith CBRE RISE values. Impact the quality of own work. Work within standardized procedures and practices toachieve objectives and meet deadlines. Exchange straightforward information. Asks questions andcheck for understanding. **What You'll Need:** Bachelor's Degree preferred with up to 3 years of relevantexperience. In lieu of a degree, a combination of experience and education willbe considered. Experience preferred in LOTO, EHS trainings, control ofhazard energy and site walk-throughs including incident investigation, root causeanalyst and related reporting. Certification in one of the following is preferred:Certified Safety Professional (CSP), Certified Industrial Hygienist (CIH),Certified Hazardous Material Manager (CHMM), or Occupational Health and SafetyTechnician (OHST). Ability to use existing procedures to solve standardproblems. Experience with analyzing information and standardpractices to make judgments. In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products.
