They offer a steady pipeline of multi-state projects, strong operational support, and a culture focused on safety, professionalism, and high-quality delivery.Job DescriptionLead daily onsite operations for healthcare construction projects.Coordinate subcontractors, site sequencing, and project logistics.Enforce strict healthcare safety, infection control, and compliance standardsReview drawings, specifications, and healthcare-specific construction details.Track project progress, maintain daily reports, and support schedule adherence.Communicate regularly with project managers, owners, inspectors, and hospital staff.Oversee inspections, permitting, and regulatory compliance.Lead site meetings, manage punch lists, and ensure smooth closeout.Travel full-time to national project locations.
