Aspire has health centers in four Central Indiana counties serving Hoosiers of all ages and walks of life.Position SummaryThis full-time license eligible therapist position will provide outpatient behavioral health services to adults at a designated Aspire outpatient office. Duties include, but are not limited to: evaluations/assessments, treatment plans, crisis intervention/emergency services, individual, family, and group therapy/counseling services and substance abuse treatment.Education/ExperienceMaster's Degree in Social Work, Psychology, Sociology or related field from a college/university accredited by the US Department of Education requiredExperience in a clinical setting working with a variety of populations preferredCommunity Mental Health experience highly preferredKnowledge of social service systems, community resources, legal systems and child welfare systems highly preferredLicensureMust possess a temporary license or;Be recognized as a Licensed Social Worker (LSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor Associate (LMHCA) or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist Associate (LMFTA) by the State of IndianaLicensed Clinical Addictions Counselor (LCAC) license, a plusMust be working towards full licensure: LCSW, LMHC, or LMFT Benefits Aspire prioritizes a work culture that takes care of employees not only at work but in their personal lives as well.
