Pharmacy Director - Greenwood, Indiana

Step into a pivotal leadership role overseeing pharmacy operations within a behavioral health facility. Key Qualifications and Desired Experience: Licensed pharmacist in Indiana in good standing Proven inpatient and leadership experience Familiarity with behavioral health pharmacy practices preferred Comfortable with automated dispensing systems (training available) Ability to work independently as the sole pharmacy director, managing without technician support Local candidates preferred; remote candidates with willingness to travel may be considered Location: This position is based in Indianapolis, IN, with easy access to Indianapolis International Airport. Business casual or scrubs are the standard dress code. Contract Details: Coverage is needed from March 30, 2026, through June 30, 2026, or until a permanent director is hired. Schedule includes Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., plus on-call responsibilities, with potential weekend on-call duties.
