Senior Specialist, Workforce Analytics & Reporting

You will have a Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, information systems or other closely related field. Masters’ degree is helpful. Significant professional experience (at least 5 additional years) in lieu of a degree required.You will have at least 4 years of experience in enterprise data analysis roles.You will have an expert level fluency in developing Power BI data sets, tools, and dashboards. Relevant Power BI certifications preferred. Prior experience in an administrator role owning the setup of a dynamic multi system data reservoir required.You will be proficient in analyzing complex data sets to tell a story and help guide business leaders and human resources professionals to make sense of what the data is telling the organization and supporting business leaders to make data-enabled decisions. You will be a self-starter and results focused to ensure your team meets its objectives, commitments, and timelines. You will have impeccable customer service and continuous improvement skills. Must be able to communicate strongly in writing, verbally, and in person to employees at all levels of our organization.You are willing to travel as business needs require, which for this position is estimated at approximately 10% of the time.
