BayCare Medical Group, a physician-led medical group, is actively seeking a dedicated and compassionate Board Certified or Board Eligible Endocrinologist to join our established team of three Endocrinologists at Morton Plant Hospital in Clearwater, Florida. This opportunity is located on the hospital campus, with convenient access to a variety of multi-specialty BayCare Medical Group practices, creating an ideal environment for collaboration and continuity of care.Position Highlights:Join an established and respected team of 3 EndocrinologistsEnjoy a 1:4 shared call schedule – promoting work-life balancePractice located on the Morton Plant Hospital campus with easy access to imaging, labs, and subspecialty careDiverse caseload of general endocrinology, including diabetes, osteoporosis, pituitary and adrenal disorders.Be part of a physician-led group that values your input and clinical expertiseResponsibilities:Provide inpatient consults and outpatient clinic carePrescribe and manage hormone therapies and other treatment plansMonitor patient progress and adjust care as neededCollaborate with primary care and specialty providers across the BayCare networkEducate patients and families on endocrine conditions and self-managementParticipate in quality improvement initiatives, clinical research projects, and educational activities to advance the field of endocrinology and enhance patient care.Board Certification or Board Eligible in Endocrinology, Diabetes, and Metabolism by the American Board of Internal MedicineMedical degree (MD or DO) from an accredited institutionCurrent or eligible Florida medical licenseDemonstrated clinical expertise in diagnosing and treating a broad range of endocrine conditionsStrong communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on patient-centered careAbility to work effectively in a team-based, collaborative environmentCommitment to continuous learning, professional growth, and evidence-based practiceBenefits: BayCare Medical Group offers a comprehensive and competitive benefits package to attract and retain top talent.
