The culture is lean, thoughtful, analytical, and built on trust, discretion, and exceptionally close working relationships.Accounting & ReportingFull ownership of accounting across U.S. and international entitiesMonthly close, reconciliations, workpapers, and financial reportingPrepare deliverables for annual audits and reviewsMaintain clean, timely, and accurate books across the structureTax Coordination & ComplianceCoordinate with external tax advisors across partnership, corporate, and HNW individual taxOversee preparation of tax packages, K-1 support, annual filings, and cross-border requirementsMaintain compliance and documentation across all jurisdictionsTreasury, Cash & BankingOversee cash operations: liquidity planning, payments, capital calls, and intercompany flowsManage banking relationships and execute treasury decisionsMaintain payment controls and approval processesEntity Management & GovernanceMaintain corporate records, structure charts, and compliance calendarsSupport trusts, estates, and generational planning alongside legalEnsure flawless entity hygiene across the ecosystemInvestment SupportPartner with the CEO and investment staff on deal execution mechanicsOversee capital movements, entity setup, and cash flow planningMaintain investment documentation and performance recordsTeam Leadership & CollaborationManage:Belgium-based Treasurer & support staffU.S.-based Financial Analyst (shared with investments)Partner daily with the CEO, Chairwoman, and GCUphold a trusted, service-oriented partnership with family membersMPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
