A Radiological Technologist skilled in Cath Lab imaging is needed for a contract opportunity in Loves Park, IL. This role requires expertise in electrophysiology (EP) and interventional radiology (IR) procedures, with the ability to perform both scrub and monitoring duties during device implantations and ablations. Key Qualifications: Registered Radiologic Technologist (ARRT) certification required Proficient in Cath Lab imaging with cath lab scrub and monitor experience Strong background in interventional radiology, including device and ablation procedures Electrophysiology experience is essential Ability to manage 40% radiology cases mixed with cardiology cases in the Cath Lab Comfortable providing on-call coverage, including 1-2 night shifts weekly, every 4th weekend, and potential holiday calls Willingness to travel or relocate for this opportunity, as no local candidates within 50 miles will be considered Responsibilities: Perform radiologic imaging for Cath Lab cases in both interventional radiology and cardiology settings Scrub and monitor patients during EP device implantations and ablations Assist with interventional procedures requiring precise radiologic support Provide on-call coverage adhering to the scheduled rotation including nights, weekends, and holidays Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to ensure patient safety and high-quality outcomes Schedule: Four 10-hour day shifts (7:00 AM - 5:30 PM) Rotating call 1-2 nights per week Call every 4th weekend with occasional holiday coverage as needed Location Overview: Loves Park, IL, is a vibrant city offering a balance of suburban comfort and access to urban amenities.
