Salary range: $50,000-$70,000/ year *Based on experience, and educationSchedule: Mon 9:30a-8:30p; Tues 9a-5p; Wed 9a-8:30p; Thurs 9:30a-7p Responsibilities What You'll Do * Lead 3-4 one-hour group therapy sessions per day using a structured, evidence-based curriculum. * Facilitate group discussions using a "plug and play" approach from approved modalities to meet members where they are within the guardrails of our clinical framework. * Collaborate with prescribers, care navigators, and recovery coaches. * Monitor member progress and document outcomes. * Support a positive, recovery-oriented environment for members. * Engage in local community outreach to promote Groups' mission. Qualifications * Bachelor's degree. * An active IN behavioral health license or certification including but not limited to: CADAC II - V, LCSW, LMHC, LMFT, LCAC, LMHC-A, LMFT-A, LCAC-A and associate level status with ability and willingness to obtain licensure reciprocity in other states * Minimum two years of experience leading group therapy in a SUD setting. * High comfort level with Technology: EMR, Telehealth software, Google products (Gmail, Google Docs/Sheets/Drive), mobile apps, etc. * Compassion, collaboration, commitment to quality care, and an investment in member success. * Ability to work 2-3 evenings per week up to 9pm as needed. * Other preferred backgrounds, experience, and skills include: mental health, social work, substance use disorder treatment, therapy, human services, social services, medication assisted treatment or MAT.
