You’ll provide hands-on care and companionship to our residents, helping them live with dignity and comfort.Responsibilities:• Help clients take prescribed medication• Assist clients with ambulation and mobility around the facility• Assist clients with personal care and hygiene• Help clients with physical therapy exercises• Plan and prepare meals with assistance from the Dietary Manager• Perform light housekeeping duties that clients can't complete on their own• Be a pleasant and supportive companion.Qualifications:• High School Diploma or equivalent required.• Minimum of six months as a caregiver.• Experience in an Assisted Living preferred• Must be able to pass a background check with MN DHS.• Reliable transportation required.• Compassionate about the care and well-being of others.• Ability to read, write, and speak the English language adequately to respond to individual's needs.• Ability to see and hear to communicate effectively.• Ability to lift to 50-75 pounds, which includes transferring individuals.• Ability to perform delegated nursing tasks as assigned.• Ability to respond to emergencies in accordance with procedures and guidelines.• Ability to sit, stand, stoop, bend, reach, push and pull.Why Join Us?• Competitive Pay• Paid on the job training.• Flexible schedule• Advantage of working in a small, 5 bed assisted living home with excellent residents and Licensed Nursing support!Please note: Medical insurance is not currently offered for hourly Caregiver positions. Job Information:We are looking for a RA to fill the following shifts from Tuesday, December 23, 2025 - Tuesday, January, 05, 2026 from 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM.Location: Must be able to commute to or relocate to Maplewood, MN before starting.If you’re passionate about making a difference in the lives of others, we’d love to hear from you.
