02nd April, 2026Nanny / Family Assistant (Full-Time) Upper West Side, NYC + Hamptons, NY$35-$40/hr A warm and active family of four, with residences on the Upper West Side and in Hamptons, is seeking an engaging and highly organized Nanny/Family Assistant to support their two children, ages 4 and 7. The family is looking for flexibility to stay late as needed. Responsibilities include:• Daily routine support: preparing meal, lunch or breakfast, getting the children dressed, and ready for school• School pick-up and afternoon activities• Homework help and age-appropriate engagement• Preparing healthy meals and snacks for the children• Running household errands and grocery shopping• Children's laundry and all child-related organization/upkeep• Helping maintain an organized, tidy home environment• Supporting the family's routines both in NYC and in Bridgehampton• Traveling with the family as needed Schedule: 7:00am-6:00pm schedule Monday - Thursday with half-day Fridays• Occasional date-night flexibility required Summer Requirement:The family spends summers in Hamptons and requires candidates who can live-in a few days per week during summer months. Candidate Requirements:• Fully vaccinated• Valid driver's license• Strong swimmer• Ability to travel domestically• Experience working with school-aged children• Engaging, proactive, organized, and able to balance both childcare and family-assistant responsibilities
