Come join us!What you'll doAct as mental health support for those that are referred and/or interested in those services:Message patients about behavioral health questions through Diana Health platformConduct in-office and telehealth mental health visits via warm hand-off process from providers and/or patient requestProvide ongoing mental health treatment and refer out, as neededComplete timely clinical documentation within our EHR system Collaborate with other providers to deliver excellent patient care:Collaborate with CNM/ OB/Gyn on plan of care and areas of escalation, including medication as neededCollaborate with Health Coach regarding patient wellness as neededCollaborate with Care Navigator to provide additional support to patients as neededServe as the office expert on behavioral health:Provide staff trainings on behavioral health and behavioral health workflowsLead expert talks and support groups relevant to behavioral healthConnect patients and providers to external referrals and/or resources as appropriateQualifications Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) or Marriage Family Therapist (MFT) with current Tennessee licensure2+ years of experience providing mental health support to a similar client panelExcellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills Strong computer skills and familiarity with EMRsSpecialize in postpartum or trauma or offer EMDR or IFS therapy, etc. We are looking for a therapist that uses a modality other than CBT or DBT.BenefitsCompetitive compensationHealth; dental & vision, with an HSA/FSA option401(k)Paid time offPaid parental leave About the greater Nashville areaNashville is a growing city with a vibrant arts culture, top ranked education programs, and incredible outdoor attractions.
