Competitive compensation with clear growth opportunities Base salary plus Monthly Bonus Opportunity Manageable caseloads with a focus on quality over volume Clinical autonomy with strong leadership support Collaborative, multidisciplinary team environment Ongoing professional development and CEU support Opportunity to lead and mentor BTs, RBTs, and BCBA trainees Purpose-driven work with measurable client outcomesWhat You'll DoConduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and develop Behavior Intervention Plans Design, oversee, and modify individualized ABA treatment programs Provide clinical supervision to Behavior Technicians (BTs/RBTs) and BCBA trainees Ensure treatment fidelity and high-quality service delivery Analyze data and make data-driven treatment decisions Provide parent/caregiver training and support Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to support client progress Maintain timely, accurate, and compliant clinical documentation Ensure compliance with BACB standards and ethical guidelinesWhat We're Looking ForMaster's Degree from Accredited University Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification Strong clinical skills in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) Experience conducting FBAs and developing BIPs Experience supervising BTs/RBTs and/or trainees Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills Commitment to ethical, high-quality, client-centered care Experience in home, clinic, and/or school-based ABA services Experience working with children with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) Experience with early intervention and/or pediatric populationsBenefits & PerksMonthly BonusHealth, dental, and vision insurance (for eligible employees) Paid time off and sick time Mileage reimbursement or travel support Employee referral bonus program Consistent caseloads and scheduling stability
