Parents know schedule a month in advance One baby boy - Born March 2, 2026 A dual physician family in Dallas is searching for a highly experienced, Infant Nanny to provide exceptional care for their son who is just two weeks old. This is a kind household led by thoughtful first-time parents who are calm, organized, and focused on supporting their child's emotional security and early intellectual development. The family a busy schedule with both parents being doctors, however the schedules are established one month in advance to give the Nanny plenty of notice. The parents are informed, attentive, and value collaboration with a knowledgeable childcare professional. The home also includes a gentle, well-trained small Maltipoo- 9 pounds - adding to the warmth of the household. The Mother and father both work outside of the home. Eventually they will be moving their son to daycare. This is a wonderful opportunity for an experienced , loving Infant/Toddler Nanny who values the opportunity to support a family during their child's earliest and most formative months. Scope of Responsibilities: * Full, attentive care of their son. * Establish and support age-appropriate routines * Children's laundry and nursery organization * Maintaining a clean, calm nursery environment * Light household support as it relates to the child and shared spaces * Thoughtful use of nap time to maintain household flow Ideal Candidate Profile: 4+ years of professional infant/toddler experience _ recent Confident in supporting early emotional regulation and developmental milestones Naturally intuitive, calm, and nurturing Takes initiative in planning enriching, age-appropriate daily activities Comfortable taking the baby to approved outings (Dallas Arboretum, Zoo, Aquarium) Must be current on CPR/First Aid certification Bilingual is a plus, but not required Compensation & Benefits: * PTO: To be determined * Paid holidays: To be determined * Gas reimbursement
