In this role, you will provide advanced clinical pharmacy services, ensuring optimal and cost-effective medication management for patients.You will participate in multi-disciplinary rounds, deliver direct patient care, and support clinical initiatives. This role also includes educating pharmacists, technicians, and healthcare providers, as well as serving as a preceptor for pharmacy interns, technicians, and residents.
