Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:Conducting hearing evaluations for patients ages 18 and upPerforming tympanometry and earmold impressionsEducating patients and families on hearing health and treatment optionsRecommending, fitting, and programming hearing aids using Real Ear Measurement (REM)Providing follow-up care, adjustments, and long-term patient supportCounseling patients on communication strategies and hearing device useDocumenting visits and coordinating care with referring physiciansParticipating in community outreach events, health fairs, and educational seminarsUpholding HIPAA and patient confidentiality standardsWhat We"re Looking ForWe"re seeking someone who is:Patient-focused, empathetic, and an excellent communicatorCommitted to best practices and high clinical standardsSkilled in both diagnostics and hearing aid dispensingComfortable working independently and collaborativelyOrganized, self-motivated, and detail-orientedQualifications:Doctorate in Audiology (Au.D.)Active or eligible Washington State Dispensing LicenseSales experience is a plus, but not requiredNew grads welcome—we"ll mentor and support your growth!Compensation & BenefitsWe offer a competitive total compensation package, including:?
