We provide homeowners, builders, and designers with expert installations in home entertainment, security, and smart home automation. We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Model Home Coordinator to join our team. This role supports the presentation and maintenance of HomePro model home installations and acts as a primary point of contact for builders, sales teams, and prospective homeowners.Our benefits package includes:Full-time employmentStandard Monday to Friday scheduleAccess to onsite fitness facilities401K with company matchPaid time off and company holidaysDiscounts on HomePro products and monitoring plansBenefits eligible after 60 daysCompetitive compensationResponsibilities:Logistics and Scheduling: Organizing schedules, maintaining calendars, and overseeing the logistical flow of projects, products, or events to establish expectations and goals.Communication Hub: Collaborating with team members and clients to adjust if the project goals change. Acting as the main point of contact between departments and clients to ensure alignment.Documentation and Reporting: Maintaining accurate records, managing data, and preparing reports on project performance. Thorough documentation in ERP system to ensure internal and external communication is kept at a high level.Resource Coordination: Ensure field resources are onsite and supplied with all required materials.
