We are seeking qualified candidates who hold licensure (LPC, LPCC, LISW, LMFT). We provide in-person therapy sessions to meet the diverse needs of our clients. Candidates with experience and a passion for couples therapy, trauma therapy, and child & adolescent services will be given priority consideration. About Us Cultivate Counseling and Consulting is a clinician-owned private mental health practice headquartered in Cuyahoga Falls, Ohio, with a second location in Columbus, specializing in Couples Counseling. We are committed to delivering high-quality mental health services in a supportive and compassionate environment. Our experienced team of counselors is dedicated to empowering clients to overcome challenges and reach their full potential. Duties and Responsibilities Licensure: Maintain an active license to practice in the state of Ohio. Experience: Have at least one year of experience in the mental health field. Therapeutic Services: Provide individual and/or couples, as appropriate, within your scope of practice. Community Engagement: Actively promote yourself and the practice within the local community to build and maintain client connections. Documentation: Complete and maintain documentation in compliance with managed care standards. Referrals: Connect clients or their family members to community resources or specialists as needed. Client-Centered Care: Demonstrate a positive approach to client care with a commitment to providing the highest quality customer service. Availability: Maintain a minimum of 18 hours of availability per week, which can include a combination of days, evenings, and/or weekends.
