Title: Senior Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Location: Temecula, CA Position Type: Full Time Compensation Pay Range:$100,000 Per Year Job Description: This position offers a combination of in-person and telehealth supervision support, providing flexibility in a hybrid work environment.  Located in the Temecula, CA area, this full-time role involves leading and supporting behavior technicians, developing behavior programs, and utilizing generic technology tools for clinical assessments and problem-solving. Key Responsibilities Inspire and guide Behavior Technicians through effective supervision and support. Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop innovative behavior programs. Evaluate client needs continuously and provide parent education. Communicate proactively and welcome learning to foster collaboration. Adapt to change with flexibility and seek growth opportunities. Qualifications Certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). Experience in developing and implementing behavior programs. Ability to work in a hybrid setting with both in-person and telehealth components. Strong communication and leadership skills. Commitment to professional growth and development.
