Our People Operations team also regularly sends out surveys to gather feedback and improve the employee experience.Responsibilities (include but are not limited to):Triage patients upon arrival.Communicate with the provider when the patient is ready, summarizing symptoms and any abnormal vitals.Document visits in the Electronic Medical Records (EMR) system (eMDs).Assist the provider with procedures and patient care, including splinting, radiology, vaccines, medication administration, phlebotomy, and more.Administer and document medications as directed by the provider.Prepare, clean, and maintain exam and treatment rooms.Obtain lab samples and follow up with patients once results are available.Provide patient education at the end of the visit and address any follow-up questions.Position patients for radiology procedures (training provided).Handle front office tasks, including insurance verification, patient registration, answering phones, and processing payments.Perform other duties as assigned.Why Join Us?At Goodside Health, we believe in taking care of those who take care of others.
