PediaPlex is a collaborative, multidisciplinary pediatric therapy center providing ABA therapy, speech therapy, occupational therapy, and feeding support to children and families across the DFW area. We are committed to clinical excellence, client-centered care, and fostering a positive culture that empowers our teams to thrive.We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)- Hybrid to join our Fort-Worth, TX clinic. This role is ideal for a clinician who is passionate about high-quality ABA services, enjoys collaborating within a multidisciplinary environment, and is committed to supporting the growth and success of both clients and team members!Duties:Develop individualized ABA treatment plans based on assessments and family goalsConduct behavioral and skill-based assessments (e.g., VB-MAPP, ABLLS-R, functional assessments)Provide clinical supervision, coaching, and feedback to RBTs and behavior techniciansAnalyze client data and make program adjustments as neededImplement and oversee behavior intervention plansLead parent training sessions to support generalization and home successCollaborate with multidisciplinary providers and familiesInitiate, submit, and manage insurance authorization requests, including initial, reauthorization, and continued care requests, ensuring all required clinical documentation is accurate and timelyMaintain accurate documentation and compliance with BACB, insurance, and company standardsContribute to a positive, team-oriented, and ethical clinical cultureQualifications:BCBA Certification required (active and in good standing)Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related fieldProven leadership and professionalism in an ABA or pediatric clinical settingStrong knowledge of evidence-based ABA practices and ethical standardsDemonstrated ability to support, mentor, and develop clinical staffExceptional communication, organization, and problem-solving skillsPhysical Requirements:Ability to safely lift and carry up to 25 lbs.Ability to move frequently: sit, stand, walk, kneel, crawl, bend, etc.Adequate vision and hearing to observe behavior and track dataAbility to use tablets, computers, and therapy materialsAbility to drive/travel between multiple locations (if necessary).Benefits & Perks:Competitive salary based on experience and caseloadMedical, dental, vision, and short-term disability insuranceCompany-paid: Life AD&D and long-term disabilityPTO and paid company holidaysCompany-paid: CEUs and certifications/license renewalsRemote days4-day work week!Learn More About Us Here: Employment Opportunity Statement:PediaPlex is an equal opportunity employer and is committed to creating an inclusive environment for all employees.
