A clinically competent professional who works collaboratively with RNs and physicians in the cardiology and radiology angiography suites to provide radiologic assistance for procedures.Essential Duties and Responsibilities:Scrub and assist physicians during diagnostic/interventional angiographic procedures.Operates angiographic equipment to obtain and optimize diagnostic imaging.Responsible for sterile table set-up for specific angiographic/implant procedures.Competent to scrub procedures 1 to 2 of the following specialties: Cardiology, Interventional Radiology, Electrophysiology, Structural Heart, or Interventional Neuro-Radiology.Competency is determined by the successful completion of department orientation and contingent on team leader and management approval.Requirement description : At least 2 years Cath Lab experience - REQUIREDExperience with scrubbing heart caths, pacemaker insertions, neuro and interventional radiology cases - REQUIREDCOVID vaccination required - NO DECLINATIONS WILL BE APPROVED **Please add vaccination status in the submission notes**BLS and ACLS at time of submission - REQUIRED30 minute response time for call - REQUIREDPrevious Travel - REQUIREDCERTIFICATION REQUIREMENTS : ACLS (AHA)ARRTBLS (AHA)STATE LICENSE REQUIREMENTS : IllinoisWeekend Requirements : No WeekendsOn Call Requirements : On-call 8-10 days per month, includes 4 weekend days (F, Sa, or Su)- REQUIRED ON CALL FOR THIS ASSIGNMENT 12/25, (####00 bonus) 12/26 and 12/29 (####00 bonus)
