Blanchard Valley Urology Associatesis currently seeking a Board Eligible/Board Certified Urology physician to join their group full-time. The BVHS urologists provide advanced, innovative care to adults and pediatrics, and they specialize in disorders of the urinary tract and male reproductive system. The team uses state-of-the-art diagnostic equipment and advanced treatment techniques - robot-assisted technology and many other laparoscopic and minimally invasive procedures to manage all urological problems. Blanchard Valley Health System serves over an eight-county area in Northwest Ohio and is a member of Mayo Clinic Care Network.Job Description:Accepting new graduate applicantsSupportive and collaborative medical staff, operations team and leadershipBalanced professional and personal lifestyleFlexible office hours averaging between 20-30 patients/day5-2 OR days per week based on surgical volumeSurgical cases at main hospital, critical access hospital and surgery center24-hour in-house hospitalist service available for ED admissionsNo more than 1:3 call, very light with mostly phone consultations on the off hoursOffice procedures (cystos male/female, vasectomy under local, bladder and prostate biopsies, stent removal, PTNS, CMG, PNEs with Axonics, Bulkamid and Botox injections)Equipment (Olympus CV 170 Cysto Towers x 3, with two rigid scopes and two flexible, Phillips Epiq 5 Ultra Sound, UroNav Fusion Biopsy, Urodynamics, UroLift, Nitrous)Strong, collegial subspecialty supportEMR: CernerCompensation and Benefits:Base salary plus production bonus.
