Schedule: 7:30 AM - 3:30 PM, with every third weekend from 2:00 PM - 10:30 PM Schedule shift change on May 18th to 1:00 PM - 9:30 PM for all shifts Must be available to work holiday shifts Key Responsibilities: Perform radiologic procedures as ordered by physicians, ensuring proper patient positioning, technique, and safety Explain examination procedures to patients effectively and prepare them accordingly Administer intravenous contrast media safely and monitor patients for adverse reactions Maintain procedure room readiness by replenishing supplies and upholding infection control standards Collaborate with Radiologists to confirm protocols and ensure high-quality imaging Document all procedures comprehensively in medical records and radiology information systems (RIS and PACS) Educate and mentor new hires and students as needed while maintaining own clinical duties Uphold team standards including clear communication, respect, and fostering innovation Qualifications: Minimum 2 years of radiologic technology experience with fluency in fluoroscopy (GI's), outpatient, and ER exams ARRT-registered and BLS certified Proficient in using EPIC and radiology imaging software systems Ability to work varying shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays Strong interpersonal skills and a commitment to patient-centered care This contract role provides a dynamic opportunity to contribute your expertise in a respected healthcare setting while experiencing a community with excellent quality of life.
