Position Overview: An opportunity is available for a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join a full-time, contract role supporting the Meadowood Program, serving K-8 students with moderate to severe cognitive disabilities. This position requires active Delaware licensure and values previous experience in school-based settings. The role is on-site in Wilmington, DE, and involves contributing expertise to behavioral oversight and program development designed to enhance student support systems. Location: Meadowood Program | Wilmington, Delaware Key Responsibilities: Provide behavioral oversight and individualized support to students with moderate to severe cognitive needs Develop, implement, and monitor behavior intervention plans aligned with student goals Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to support educational and behavioral outcomes Collect and analyze data to assess program effectiveness and student progress Offer training and guidance to staff on behavior management techniques and strategies Ensure all services comply with school and state regulations Maintain accurate documentation and communication with stakeholders Qualifications: Active Delaware licensure as a BCBA is required Proven experience in a school-based setting preferred Expertise in applied behavior analysis (ABA) principles and practices Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with students, families, and staff Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team Commitment to supporting students with diverse cognitive abilities Work Schedule: Full-Time (37.5 hours per week) Monday through Friday 8:45 AM to 4:15 PM Contract through June 12, 2026 On-site in Wilmington, DE only Benefits: Meaningful work supporting students with significant cognitive challenges Opportunity to influence positive behavioral outcomes in an educational environment Collaborative and supportive professional community This role offers a unique chance to apply your BCBA expertise within a focused educational setting.
